Beautiful log cabin home on Lake Roosevelt sits on 17 secluded acres and provides a wonderfully romantic backdrop for a memorable wedding ceremony or wedding or anniversary reception.

The venue works well for many other events, reunions, memorial gatherings. It is very private, fully furnished and offers all the services and facilities required.

Renters will enjoy the use of:
Hot Tub & Steam Room,
Home Theatre Room,
Rec Room with pool table,
Outside fire pit wired with speakers,
1500 sq ft deck with great view up and down the Lake,
Sandy Beach access.

Prices and fees:
Use of property for one day; 8 AM to midnight: $3,800.00 ITEX

Stay additional days / nights for great romantic honeymoon for only $500.00 per day ITEX or add on an extra day or evening to enjoy the beautiful scenery and give you extra time for set-up.
Boat, Jet Ski and quad rentals available.

Other fees and details:
Cleaning / linen fee: $300.00 cash per stay + $20.00 per day (after day 1)
Security / damage deposit: $1,500.00 cash
Leasee is responsible for all liability insurance and issues.
